Friday Afterwork Party & Sunday Session

  • No function bookings will be taken during the hours of 4pm - 8pm on any Friday or Sunday due to our existing Drinks Promotion.
  • No drink discounts or specials will be given under any circumstances on any Friday or Sunday from 4pm onwards.
  • Credit Card tabs must be closed by 4:30pm and may not be re-opened until 7:30pm on any Friday or Sunday.
  • Table and area reservations may not be available on Fridays and Sundays from 4pm onwards.

Discounted Drinks

  • The Deck Bar will not provide discounted drinks after 10pm on any day, or after 7pm on Fridays & Sundays.
  • The Deck Bar strictly adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol practices and will not serve intoxicated patrons. No refunds will be given to patrons refused alcohol who are included in a party hosting a beverage package. Such patrons will be offered a choice on non-alcoholic beverages which are included in the package, and then will be dealt with according to Northern Territory RSA guidelines.
  • The Deck Bar Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry at any time.

Legal Age Requirements

  • The Deck Bar must to notified of any guests attending a function who are under 18 years of age. Such patrons may attend a function, but must be accompanied by their parent or guardian, and may not remain on the premises after 9pm on any day, or after 5pm on Fridays & Sundays.
  • The Deck Bar will not serve alcohol to, or allow the consumption of alcohol by any persons under the age of 18.
  • All guests will be required to show Legal Proof of Age.

Payment & Deposits

  • A deposit is required for function bookings with the required food order totaling $100 or more. A deposit of 50% must be made at least 2 business days prior to the function date.
  • All bookings from 1st November to 31st December must pay a deposit of 50% at least 14 days in advance.
  • Remaining payments may be made on the day of the function, but must be made PRIOR to commencement of food service.
  • Some functions may require the deposit or full payment to be made up to a week in advance.
  • Payments may be made by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card. Cheque's can be made to Brewhouse Proprietary Limited.

Confirmation and Cancellation

  • A booking is not confirmed until a "Confirmed Function Order" has been sent to you via fax or email. If the deposits required or conditions stated on the function order are not met, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client.
  • Insufficient notice for cancellations may result in the entire deposit being forfeited.

Client Responsibility

  • The Deck Bar does not accept any responsibility for damage, or loss of any client's property left on the premises prior to, during or after a function.
  • Any damage caused to the property during a function is the financial responsibility of the nominated Contact Person for the function, and will be invoiced for the damage accordingly.

Annulment of Agreement

  • Should The Deck Bar be prevented from implementing its services due to circumstances beyond its control, the said agreement or service will be made null & void at the discretion of The Deck Bar.
