- Panko crusted Salmon Pieces served with Japanese mayo & pickled ginger.
- Crispy fried Chicken Wings, served with Chinese Black vinegar & green chilli dipping sauce.

- Wagyu Beef Sliders with chilli and tomato relish.
- Peking Duck Pancakes with spring onion, cucumber and a brush of hoisin sauce.
- Panko crusted Salmon Pieces served with Japanese mayo & pickled ginger.
- The Deck's famous Spicy Salt Squid with a scattering of spicy chilli & onion salsa.
- Vietnamese Spring Rolls, hand made with vermacilli, pork & shredded vegetables with dipping sauce.
